Frequently Asked Questions

Should I book a 60 or 90 Minute Session?

This totally depends on what your body is needing. I recommend a 60 minute appointment if you are wanting a general full body flush, OR focus work through 1-3 injured areas.

I recommend a 90 minute appointment if you are wanting focus work through 1-4 areas AND full body work, or if you know that your muscles take a little bit more time to release.

Do you accept my insurance?

Ladybird is not in network with any insurance providers.

We can provide a superbill for the client to submit to their insurance for possible reimbursement.

In addition, we do accept HSA/FSA cards.

Please note that for both of these options it is the client’s responsibility to call their insurance and check if this is covered under their plan and if they need an additional doctor’s note. The rates for each session remain the same regardless of insurance reimbursement and that amount is due in full at the time of session.

What if I’m running late or can’t make my appointment?

We understand that emergencies happen, however we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so within 24 hours. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee if we cannot get you rescheduled within 1 week.

All no-call no-shows will be charged the entire amount of their appointment. Ghosting is not cool!

Where do I park??

Ah, the big question in Fremont. We do not have designated parking for the building, so we recommend arriving early to find street parking in the neighborhood if you’ve driven a vehicle. There are also multiple bus lines that drop off around the office, so we highly recommend public transportation if it is an option for you!
